Visual identity I created for Mieliepop Festival 2024. A postcard from a music festival being invaded by aliens. Mieliepop is a music festival in South Africa over three days filled to he brim with acts spanning from rock n roll to electro. I tried to capture the essence of the festival, illustrating key aspects of the event and using their mascot, the corn character as the alien illustration and logo deisgn. The main artwork came in the form of the illustrated typography drawing from classic, retro postcards.
